APPLICATION PROCEDURES

Thank you for considering Berkeley! It is a great honor for us to be a part of your child’s fun-filled development and exciting cross-cultural journey. Berkeley welcomes all families from all over the world to be a part of our growing community and we accept applications throughout the year. Below are the guidelines for an easy entry into Berkeley.

Admissions Process Overview:

  • 1.
    Initial interest and campus visit
  • 2.
    Completion of application package
  • 3.
    Entrance testing (if applicable)
  • 4.
    Interview with division principal
  • 5.
    Submission of application to school owner for final approval
  • 6.
    Offer of available seat or placement on waiting list
  • 7.
    Payment of initial semester's tuition
  • 8.
    Confirmation of seat
  • 9.
    In case of waiting list

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION

FOR STUDENTS:

  • 1.
    Two passport photographs
  • 2.
    Copy of birth certificates
  • 3.
    Copy of Thai National ID (if applicable)
  • 4.
    Copy of passport (if applicable)
  • 5.
    Copy of previous school report (2 academic years)
  • 6.
    Certificate of attendance from previous school
  • 7.
    Copy of immunization records
  • 8.
    Copy of the student’s house registration

Included in the Application Form:

  • 1.
    Student Health Record Form
  • 2.
    Social Media Release Form
  • 3.
    International Day Form
  • 4.
    Safeguarding Agreement Form

FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS:

  • 1.
    Two passport photographs
  • 2.
    Copy of passport (if applicable)
  • 3.
    Copy of Thai National ID (if applicable)
  • 4.
    Copy of house registration certificate
  • 5.
    Copy of parents’ work permit & company license document (if applicable)
